Question 1

What does verification mean at Maknaq?

Accepted Answer

We investigate the source, seller, identifying details, condition, records, availability, and timing that matter to your brief. We separate what is supported by evidence from what still needs confirmation, then explain the context before presenting an option.

Question 2

What evidence will I receive, and what cannot be guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

We share the evidence that supports a recommendation and name any material gap plainly. Careful verification cannot remove every uncertainty or guarantee a seller’s future conduct, final availability, or a condition that cannot be independently confirmed.

Question 3

How is my request kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Your brief is private by default. We keep the search narrow, share only the minimum relevant detail with a potential source when an option needs to be investigated, and keep communication purposeful from your first note through handover.

Question 4

How does a discreet search begin?

Accepted Answer

You share what you are looking for, the timing, and any boundaries that matter. We ask only the clarifying questions needed to shape a useful brief, then begin with the most relevant private or specialist sources rather than creating a public trail.

Question 5

When do I see the quote, and who decides?

Accepted Answer

When we find a suitable option, we present the item cost, Maknaq’s fee, known timing, and relevant conditions clearly before any purchase or commitment. You decide whether to proceed; we do not purchase or add work without your approval.

Question 6

What are the practical boundaries of the service?

Accepted Answer

Maknaq can research, verify, coordinate, and explain a considered route forward, but not every request will produce a suitable or fully confirmable option. Supplier terms, timing, delivery, and specialist checks remain part of the agreed scope, and we make those boundaries visible before you commit.
